A guy goes to his doctor and says:
"Doctor, I've been having the most terrible silent farts... oh excuse me, there goes one now. They just smell awful and they keep coming all day.. there's another one now, I'm sorry... Can you help me?"
The doctor says:
"Well, first of all, you're going deaf..."
